Recognize the loop
Notice the beliefs and automatic responses that surface when stress, grief, guilt, or shame take over.
Alchemical Process of Re-Coding Life
Change the script. Change your life.
Marveta Johnson’s The Written Code Switch program helps you examine the stories shaped by grief, stress, shame, and survival—and begin writing what comes next, in your own voice.
The Written Code Switch brings together honest conversation, guided reflection, and intentional work with the beliefs that shape your story. Together, we look at the patterns that keep us in survival mode and practice telling a truer story about who we are and what we want to become.
In Phase One, the monthly virtual webinar helps you examine internal belief systems and recurring emotional loops. A private 60-minute strategy session gives you space to look at your own narrative with The Urban Intellect.
“You get to be the author of your next chapter.”
Explore grief, stress, inherited beliefs, and the roles you learned to play. Develop the practice of observing your reactions with more clarity.
Use guided prompts, journaling, and creative exercises to write from intention rather than habit or fear.
Meet in a small, intentional circle with room for dialogue, listening, and the kind of community that continues beyond a session.
This first phase gives you language and practical reflection tools for the patterns you may have been carrying without realizing it.
Notice the beliefs and automatic responses that surface when stress, grief, guilt, or shame take over.
Separate your own needs and desires from roles and expectations you learned to carry for others.
Practice describing your experience honestly, without shrinking it or performing strength for the room.
Use what you learn in the webinar and private session to identify a more intentional next step.
Marveta created The Written Code Switch and will guide you through this first phase. An author, community builder, educator, strategist, and entrepreneur, she calls herself a systems builder because she looks beneath isolated problems to see how people, relationships, institutions, and communities connect.
Near the end of her father’s life, he asked her to “help me with the study of stress.” What began as a question became a lifelong practice of observation, reflection, and transformation—and a foundation for Sani Rivers and The Written Code Switch.
At the heart of The Urban Intellect is a belief that remembering ourselves and caring for one another can change what comes next. Marveta’s work across publishing, media, education, and community building follows a simple progression:
Conversation becomes relationship. Relationship becomes trust. Trust becomes community. Community becomes culture. Culture becomes legacy.
In The Written Code Switch, that philosophy becomes personal. The work invites you to recognize the patterns in your own life, reclaim your story, and consider the relationships that help a new one take root.
From October through December 2026, the virtual accelerator introduces the work through a monthly virtual training and a private narrative consultation.
Learn the mechanics of shifting internal belief systems and rewriting neural loops.
